Ever wish you could bottle that post-yoga glow you get just after a class? High on post-exercise endorphins and your skin benefiting from a boost in circulation, your complexion has never looked so fresh.

First seen on Instagram and created by make-up artist Sara Hill, the glow-giving technique uses just a few essential products, cocktailing skincare and make-up together in minutes, and using massage to really mimic that fresh-from-yoga appearance. We enlisted make-up artist Katy Jane to show us how to easily replicate the look.
